Get a taste of working in Ayia Napa – without committing to a long-term worker’s apartment straight away. The package includes 28 days of accommodation in a great central location. After your 28 days, if you would like to stay, simply notify your rep 2 weeks before the end of your package. They will assist you to find further workers accommodation.

If your friends don’t fancy working in Ayia Napa, do not let that stop you. We find that 70 percent of workers come solo and have the time of their lives! It is an amazing way to meet new people and have new experiences.
We will do everything we can to make sure you are all sharing. Just make sure that you and your friends have the same accommodation package and then we will see what we can do. Although we can’t always guarantee it, you can discuss this with your rep as we want you to feel comfortable where you live in Ayia Napa. You can also request an all-boys, girls or mixed apartment.
The one thing that is not included in the package is your flights. But the good thing is that flights to Ayia Napa are affordable, especially when you book them early. So, keep an eye out in advance and you can grab a great deal on a budget.
Our workers’ package is designed to give you a taste of what it is like to have a job in Ayia Napa during the season. This means that most people want to work in a party resort, and not working would be expensive! If you can afford it, and you are just here to party, you are still more than welcome to join us!
As with any job, salaries can vary depending on your experience. The first-year workers can usually expect to be paid a little less than those who have worked in the same bar for a few years. Wages also depend on the type of job that you choose. Shot Sellers and Ticket Sellers are often on commission, so you get out what you put into it. The earning potential for those roles can be huge but there are no guarantees. You have to be really motivated to earn high.
You can expect the hiring process to start in April and May. This is when a lot of bars open and jobs become available. Some people like to get in there quick, but others prefer to wait until it is busier in the resort.
A lot of workers want to experience the beginning of the season so they arrive around this time, but you can also join later if it suits. Our reps are always going to help you settle in and other workers join in May and June. In fact, you could arrive in Ayia Napa in July and August and still find work!
Here at Ace, we have all the contacts you need to find the perfect job for you. Our working relationships mean that there are a lot of opportunities and most of our members land their first role within a few days of being in Ayia Napa. The private Facebook group will help and our in resort support will be beneficial. Trials are the norm, and we can help you arrange these.
We find that a lot of managers in Ayia Napa want workers to complete a trial. While this is done for free, it can really pay off. We encourage everybody to try their best; be friendly, positive, and outgoing. This way, you can land the job that you want and not have to worry later on. Do not forget that our reps are there to support you and you will not be alone.
A lot of our workers love it so much that they enjoy the whole season, but this is completely up to you. For example, you could stay for a month and head home if you are at university or have a job. There is a lot of flexibility during your stay and it is only the arrival dates that are set.
There are many different kinds of jobs available in Ayia Napa. Our experienced reps will assist you with work trials and introductions potential employers. Ace workers often get the first pick of the best jobs, so this can mean higher salaries and a more secure position. Training is often given so you don’t always need experience.
There is no shortage of bars and clubs down the huge strip and side roads, so if you have the right attitude you are likely to land a job you enjoy. If you are going to work behind the bar, you might want to find a genre of music you like, after all, you will be listening to it every night! There are loads of different vibes from RnB, Dance and even Karaoke bars! Popular places to work are The Castle Club, Kahlua Bar and Encore.
There are also loads of great restaurants hiring Waiters, Chefs and PR staff. Ticket sellers can earn a lot of money too, so find the most popular events and see if you can become a top salesperson!
