For anyone nursing a dreaded hangover, the incredible coastline vistas will quickly become your best friend. San Antonio and Playa d’en Bossa beaches tend to draw the big crowds. Sunday is a great day to visit Bora Bora as you can chill out and listen to some great DJs play. When your hangover has subsided you are in the right place to party all over again!

Throughout the summer you can expect scorching weather and plenty of tanning opportunities. It usually stays hot all day, which is great for those who don’t like getting out of bed until the afternoon. It goes without saying, but you don’t want to forget your suncream!

How much money are you going to need?

It’s no secret that Ibiza is one of the more expensive party islands, but this doesn’t mean you can’t live here comfortably if you are sensible. The exclusive beach clubs are great places to relax during the day, but you can expect to pay a premium for the privilege.  The high life isn’t for everyone and there are tonnes of bars and restaurants around the main strip, where you can have just as much fun for a lower price tag!

It’s worth saving up an extra little pot to spend on getting tickets to some of the islands most exciting clubbing events. You can always get a job at the club so you can go for free!

Ibiza’s nightlife almost needs no introduction. Its notorious reputation precedes itself – and believe us, it certainly lives up to the hype. If you’ve been before, or know someone that has, you’ll know just how epic it can be! Hundreds of world-class DJs and artists come to Ibiza every year to perform at legendary venues like Amnesia, Ibiza Rocks and Pacha (to name just a few).

You can warm-up for the bigger events by visiting the awesome range of bars scattered around the island’s many resorts. The Sunset Strip in San Antonio is a must-see area – especially if you’re a fan of beautiful backdrops and breath-taking sunsets.

There are so many places serving amazing food in Ibiza you will be spoilt for choice! The junk food essentials are all available; Mcdonalds, KFC & Burger King, but a healthy Spanish meal can set you up for the day! Fresh fish straight out the Balearic ocean, Tapas and Paella are a must-try whilst on the island. These go perfectly with a few jugs of Sangria too, but don’t overdo that or expect a very thick head!

There are some amazing restaurants on the beachfront. You can’t work a season in Ibiza without watching the sunset at Café Mambo! Try not to get in the habit of eating out every day as this is a sure way to eat up your spends.

Ibiza’s party scene is one of the best in the world. When you arrive on the island your reps will let you know what is on each night. You can go to all of them or just pick a few!  You might arrive in time for the incredible opening parties, but if not you are going to find amazing events every night.

To really complete Ibiza, make sure you tick off the superclubs. There are several dotted about with some famous events such as Elrow at Amnesia and live events at Ushuaia.

Boat parties are great if you like a daytime party, this can be an amazing day out – but remember stamina is key, especially if you hope to make it all the way to evening!

It’s not only about the nightlife in Ibiza – there’s so much to see and do  If you’re up for exploring, why not rent a car take off round the islands hidden gems? You could also sign up for an official island tour to fully take in all the sights. There are hidden coves and beaches dotted around, and Ibiza Town is a great place to visit for markets and shopping. Climb the castle in the old town to see the old outdoor theatre with amazing views from above.

There are plenty of water sports and beach activities that are guaranteed to add a few laughs and excitement to your days. The marine life around the island is truly stunning, so any opportunity you get to whack a snorkel on.
