What are 18-30s working holidays?
18-30s working holidays are schemes that allow young adults to travel abroad and support themselves financially while there. Specifically targeting the 18-30 age group, these working holidays are designed for people at a pivotal stage in their lives.
Going on a working holiday for 18-30s is an opportunity to explore the world, make friends and gain some vital work experience. Longer than an average holiday but shorter than spending a year abroad, working holidays give you a taste of what life is like in a foreign country.
If you like to work hard and party hard, we have some amazing job opportunities lined up in some of the hottest club destinations in Europe. Once you’ve finished work, you get to spend your days on the beach and your nights in the club. What could be better?

It’s natural to want to make the most of your working holiday. Building connections and staying open to new experiences are the best ways of doing this. But you might also enjoy exploring the local area – and you could even try to learn the language while you’re at it!
The term 18-30s was popularised by Club 18-30 in the 1970s. The club offered cheap holidays to young singles and couples and is credited with starting the craze of young brits heading abroad to party. While the original Club 18-30 doesn’t exist anymore, that doesn’t stop its legacy from living on.
This depends on the role and resort, but this is usually anywhere between 30 and 100 euros per day.
